Imposible de usar. Lo intenté en 2 teléfonos diferentes, en el primero la cámara nunca inició el escan de la credencial, en el 2do dice que mi INE no es válida, lo intenté unas 20 veces. Tendré que cambiar de AFORE.

Es casi imposible registrar una selfie y, si pasa la selfie, no reconoce el INE como documento válido. No he pasado de ahí, quien sabe que más trabas aparecerán después de eso. Es una burla de aplicación. Realmente quieren que los usuarios usen esta aplicación?

Pésima aplicación no funciona en lo absoluto, lleva 1 semana con la falla para poder registrar reconocimiento facial y aun cuando marque a servicio al cliente y mande correo mostrando la falla NO hicieron nada. Para que crear una aplicacion que nadie va utilizar por la falta de desarollo y fallas en estas? Mejor eliminenla así sus clientes estaran menos molestos.
