Weeks gone by now and still can't add the card to Google Wallet. I can add the old Partnership card (just tried) no problem, but when I try and add the new card, I get a message saying "this phone can't be set up for contact less payments" But I use my phone for contactless payments!

Awful App, what were you thinking John Lewis, I pay by full payment DD, yet the amount showing as being collected is £5, managed to have s chat with an operator said yes full amount of circa £450 will be collected, so why does it say £5, said aware of issue.... add a note to save people contacting you. Not a great start, I was being hassled to activate my card, numerous emails, did they not think about the postal strikes! Also, absolute nightmare to contact to reduce ridiculous limit given.

I really like the John Lewis partnership card. It's interest free if you pay off the balance each month and the best part is you get John lewis and waitrose vouchers every 3 months if you buy from John Lewis and waitrose. so win win. kind of free money. the App is really good and easy to use.

Abismal ok it's got all the functions but you can't logout you have to force the app to close or reboot your phone. I don't want my credit card app permanently logged in in my mobile even with encryption and biometrics running.

Ever since changing my ISP, the app will not open. Doesn't matter whether I try to use biometrics or passcode. The spinning wheel of death appears for a few minutes and it dumps me back to the login screen. No error messages.

I don't want to set up a biometric print I also don't want to be reminded EVERY time I log in Nor do I need to be reminded by 3 text messages 2 emails # Excessive. .I need to make a payment 11 DAYS before payment is due.. not stupid I know when it's due for the last 10 years I've paid early/ in full so you can STOP STOP STOP STOP STOP sending 5 reminders reminders reminders reminders reminders....its unnecessary and Harassment.. perhaps a training issue you may want to address!

since the switch to new day the service has been no where near as good, bills arrive not long before they are due, I've given up paying with online banking as it fails everytime. Not a switch for the better
