They disabled my account before i could even upload documents to verify myself. Lol. And upon reading reviews only a fool will trust funds with DOUUGH.. This app is a joke. If you guys are really seriuos about your funds and automatic budgeting try Envel! They will approve you, wont disable your accounts an the app has no glithces. Envel on the app store.. Thank me later!!

This whole thing is stupid! It says after intense review of your information we can't open an account for you. I mean what is my name ugly? What do you review, you don't see my credit report. What else is there. It tells me no and thats it no reason, i can't even get past the login. But from reading the other reviews it seems to be a big disappointment anyway. I hate apps like this. Make you think its a really great app that could actually serve a point in your life. Then turns out to be junk!

I applied for an received a douug account. Added funds when I had trouble activating the card, customer service said I didn't qualify for the card basically saying we don't want your 3,000 + a month directly deposited. That's shady business practice. They did not open the acct in good faith. Shame..shame..
