Stupid App with a stupid name! Die Name sollte Alte Leipziger sein anstatt fin4u. Niemand wird intuitive nach fin4u denken. Hat mich halbe Stunde gedauert um App zu suchen einfach weil ich nach Alte Leipziger gesucht habe! Auch, das App schließt sich nicht auch nach zigste Zurück Knopf. Ein gutes Ding ist das App kann allle Dokumente online gut abrufen.

Installiert, umständlich über Brief aktiviert. Danach vergaß die App regelmäßig die Zugangsdaten. Das war schon nervig. Heute ging dann nichts mehr, nach dem Einloggen kam nur noch die Meldung 'Zugang aus Sicherheitsgründen' gesperrt. Ja ne ist klar. Sicherheitsgründen. Das ich nicht lache. Ja am besten geht ihr ganz offline. Das wäre dann "sicher" und wir müssen uns nicht mit so nen Blödsinn quälen. Nein danke, App wird deinstalliert. 1 Stern für diese Nummer ist schon zuviel.

Das Layout ist hässlich. Sehr altmodisch. die Website auch.Und auch nicht so viel Information. zB kann sogar nicht sehen, wie viel in meine Altersvorsorge ich bisher gezahlt habe. Ich kann nur den Kontostand mit Wachstum sehen. Ein Umbau ist nötig.

Gute App, um alle Finanzen unter einem Dach zu haben, unabhängig davon, ob man bei der AL ist. Top wäre eine Schnittstelle zu den anderen Versicherern wie bspw bei simplr.

Weder in der App noch über die Website sind Registrierung möglich. In der App scheitert es bereits am versenden des Codes ans Handy. Auf der Website kommt der Code zwar an, kann dann jedoch nicht verifiziert werden... Eine versprochene Mail mit den Nutzungsbedingungen kam ebenfalls nie an.

Könnt ihr den Menüpunkten in der Leiste unten (BNB) bitte Labels hinzufügen? Würde es intuitiver machen.⁉️ Ansonsten nutze ich die App nur 1–2× im Jahr, und mit dem Redesign ist es was ansprechender geworden. Ich finde das was ich brauche. Funktional, nicht inspirierend, aber das ist auch vollkommen ausreichend.
