Shocking account restrictions! They sent me a notice regarding their T&C and I confirmed it. Suddenly the day after they blocked my fund and restricted my account. I sent them an email to obtain my fund in my personal account but no one is answering! Extremely horrible!

I m a geniue customer. Was using Ziglu for months. Since a week before they closed my account and my wife's account. In combined(my and my wife's account, our £1417 is just locked. Awaiting for refund for more than 3 working days. Tried complaining with Ombusman department. Not a trusted app.
