Why am I only able to see old payment templates and not create new ones? Really annoying. Later edit: templates can only be created when authenticating the payment with smart token, when authenticating with fingerprint the option is not available. This is just sloppy app design. Also the fact that I can't edit an existing template remains. Changing to 1 star

I would give 0 *, if possible. The old app was better. Especially when needed, I can not see my history transactions due to unexpected errors of all kind. Updates every week ? And now I can not USE the app until it is updated, while the updating part doesn't work (on freaking G. NOTE 10). Seriously thinking about changing my bank.....

It was better until 2 days ago when it stopped remembering my username so I have to log back on every time typing in username and using Smart Token mandatorily. Before it took 2 steps to log on: open app, touch fingerprint. As is now: open app, type 12 digit code, jump to main screen, look for smart token, open smart token, touch fingerprint, eait for authorization code, try to memorize it, minimize smart token, go back to smart mobile, type 6 or 7 digit code, log on. You decide if its easier

This completely blocked my accounts. The mobile app is forcing me to use the token app and since my phone number has changed I cannot get a token. I can't update my phone number with Raiffeisen because I must call from the old number that no longer exists, and no other method of authentication is accepted, only the phone number. By far this is the most stupid design that I have seen to date. UPDATE ON DEV REPLY: No way to update your info from overseas. RECOMMEND OTHER BANK.

The app should be more like Revolut and have at least: Freeze and unfreeze card (A while ago i thought I lost my card so I blocked it, found it after 2 days and i had to reissue the card. Virtual/temporary cards for single use. Live chat support. Transfer money from credit to debit card/account. English translation could be better, i have to switch to Romanian to pay my bills.

All of a sudden, during an online payment, both smart mobile and token apps redirected me to either a testing environment from Raiffeisen or an HTML saying the phone is rooted, but my phone is not rooted.. Since then, I cannot open these apps, they are continuously crashing and doing the redirect thing :(

App is actually quite good as far as functionality goes. But i got tens of minutes, sometimes even an hour or more of downtime. Happened 2-3 times to me during the past two months. This is unacceptable for a banking app

Worst. Raiffeisen logic. Release app full of issues solve most of issues in 1 2years after that in few mounth relunch a new application full of issues(Repeat). This one is the buggiest so far and after so long after release the big ones are still unsolved. Like smart token deactivating itself, fast input will type 10 times more characters than your imput, randomly application not loading accounts, not delivering salary in account till end of raiffisen shift.

Update and other feature offers / request blocking login; Ref. answer: I also regret and understand too. But you should give a notice like if you don't update the app by a certain date you won't be able to use it. Not just blocking the login with a pop-up or forcing to install a feature I don't need. ------- Update 12-2021: It's happening again. I can't login because the pop-up notification requesting update sends me to the play store where the only option is to uninstall. Seriously?!?
