Horrible App!! I've been trying to make a claim for weeks. Everytime I try to upload a photo App crashes! Extremely frustrating!!

Claims function cannot upload electronic receipts. I have to print receipt take a photo and then upload that. What's the point? 2 years later still no improvement might be time to change providers.

When I use the app I can see my account and as soon as I want to make a claim, it doesn't work! The app is useless! It always says "Unfortunately RemServ has stopped" Poppycock the whole thing.

Easy to use especially with fuel vouchers. Touch wood never had a problem with this app. Honestly I would be lost without it.

I have nothing but trouble with it. It's glitchy, doesn't alway open and is slow. I hope they are better with my money than they are with their tech.

I have installed/uninstalled this app at least 20+ times, and still cannot get it to open to enable me to use it. Not very happy at all. Have rung remserv to no advantage also.

The app is confusing. Minimal balance. Is that including the $100 remserv holds or not? I get different stories from different call centre reps. Holiday package showing zero balance. But it's part of the other section...
