This is by far the worst app I ever used, I still have USD hanging there that I can't do P2P with nor withdraw to different Advanced platform, I even contact several customer services for help neither they can seem to sort my situation out, all I need from them is to let me withdraw my money back where it belongs.

This app is useless, i deposited money for trading on it and after trading i tried selling my remaining balance but the app keeps the telling i have to spend more, while i traded almost 20 times. I contacted the support team but they are not helping the matter at all. I won't recommend anyone to use this

Since the launch of Deriv Dp2p in 2020 has been good with its function. there are thing you need to update on this app. There are buyers who hold dollars for traders in Dp2p for long till goes to dispute. please allow these orders for us to see contacts for people who book orders on dp2p. I have encountered several advertisers hold dollars for other traders long timeframe and don't make payment . Mostly they do this so that their advertisement to be see and other to go off. sort this matter

Worst experience ever, it's been hard for me to withdraw for months now. I've also sent screenshot but the customer service the worst. I was planning to trade with deriv in future but after this experience I'll never ever. Customer service very poor.
