Ok. I have enjourd the app imensly especially because i am older, not as tech savy, and this ecplains what i need to be doing. However, tonight, i go in and my pics are gone. I cant get past the import screen and am in a panic where my pics are. Probably 50 or more floating in the universe that i wanted to keep, hence the app. 2 months ago i would have given 5 stars, right now i am struggling with 3.. Markus, i have 2 emails tegarding this with no response. I cannot get past import. Help

Smooth app, fast loading up files etc. Secure. So far so good, I actually forgot I had loaded it up and wasn't till I was looking on phone to try and cut down all the file storage I had that are useless that I came across it again.. Yes I know... Great app overall but I really need help. This is the first issue I've ever had with the app, where when I type my password it loads in shows the folders that I have and sends me back to the password page immediately. Also I cannot use my fingerprint to log in. Is this as simple as uninstall and reinstall or will I lose all my photos and videos, as a have a lot of things on there that I cannot get back,PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Works great but the ads are ruining the experience. It's intrusive, perhaps have one full screen ad when opening the app and the bottom banner. Showing an ad for every 5th foto I open is unacceptable. I know there is a paid version but I'm not going to give you money if this is the way you are trying to force me to pay. Think of better ways to promote the subscription.

I had tried 6-7 apps of the kind, uninstalled them all in 2 minutes after testing. This one got my 'fiver' in 1 minute, before I even finish the full test. Way2go devs! Update: I finished the crash test. Conclusion: It's a pitty there aren't 999 stars available to rate it! Highlight of happiness: In ANY way I use the fingerprint on my phone, there is a 50-60% probability that the sensor won't read my finger. In Privary, I ain't got idea how, the sensor is faultless!

I love it. I love the art design, I love how it works. But of course there's a catch. There's just too many ads. And it gets annoying. I wouldn't stop the ads. I would just limit how many appear for each time someone visits the app. That's all tho, otherwise the app is great.
