3days gone, still waiting for access to the app after sending credentials. I don't know if its frozen or there just slow to check who you are. Massively dissapointed as they showed promise.

Hello Admin, I currently can't Login my account from Nigeria +234. My country is longer available on the Tap App despite Signing Up, Verifying and Loading Funds into the App. kindly assist in resolving this issue as soon as possible as I still have XTP funds in this app. Do not lock me out of my money mate

It doesn't make any sense to send your crypto to the account, to then exchange it for fiat, just to use the tap card. There is an extra charge for that exchange too. Also, sending ETH out of the platform costs 0.05ETH!!!, and that is seperate from the current gas fees, which is also what you have to pay for... Totally Ridiculous!!!!

This app has basically stolen my money. I've been unable to log in to my account for months because I never receive an OTP. Support is nonexistent, my emails have been ignored

Very bad experience After being "tricked" into investing in their token a premium price,I have tried to sell it after the unlocking period og 1 year only to receive 1/3 of the stated exchange rate in the app. Their excuse is that they are only a price aggregator not an exchange and they are covered by terms and conditions. Worst investment I habe ever made. Avoid this scam at all cost
