1. Sau khi đăng nhập được khoảng 30 giây thì App luôn bị crash. Mong công ty nhanh chóng khắc phục. 2. App nên có một mục để khách hàng kích hoạt xác thực luôn chứ không nên đợi đến lúc đặt lệnh rồi mới lưu xác thực làm chậm trễ việc hoàn thành đặt lệnh của khách hàng. 3. App không nên yêu cầu nhập lại mật khẩu và xác thực nếu người dùng bật lại ứng dụng sau khi đã tắt trong cùng 1 phiên giao dịch hoặc trong vòng 60 phút từ lúc người dùng online.
