Mobile deposit is a nightmare. I swear I have to plan lighting and mount my check like a picture before the system recognizes it. Also takes forever even payroll checks take a day or two

Check deposit is wonky. You will always get kicked back asking to write in for mobile deposit only. And it shows you the front rather than the back when it asks you to check.

My suggestion would be to allow me to change the names of the accounts. It's so confusing when three names are similar and I did not want to have to go to bank just to change an account name.

I liked a feature of the old app that allowed me to swipe down, without signing in, to show account balances on my android phone. I miss that.

Never works right... Bill payer doesn't work. Check deposit works half the time. I may have to switch banks just to get the service and help I need. Smh. I would laugh but it's effecting my life. This is crazy.
