This app would be fantastic if it actually worked, but it consistently fails to load pages and pops up with "sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later" in the MIDDLE of importance processes like filing a claim. Rarely, and I mean RARELY, am I able to use the app to get something done without any issues. I'm gonna switch companies, Geico doesn't have enough redeeming qualities to put up with this.

Holy shoot this app completely annihilates battery life. Before I could get through a 12 hour shift using only about 30% battery. Now my phone dies about 7 hours in and I barely use it beyond reddit during my 30 min lunch. Surveillance sucks but I disagree that it's inaccurate in tracking. You can't touch your phone while driving, it doesn't matter how quick but that's the law anyway, and hard breaking is unavoidable but it should be hard to get a score less than 90 unless you're in a warzone.

Doesn't work, asks for updated information, then tells me I need to sign in, then go to update the info after signing in again (device is saved) and says I need to sign in again. Endless loop. Also keep getting emails that I need to update information, or that something is messed up with my account, but when I checked everything is fine. They need to get their info straight before annoying me several times

I asked a couple questions about my vin number in text chat and rep confused me with someone else and deleted my car insurance policies. I would of went a whole weekend without insurance if I didn't pay attention to my emails. Rep didn't even correct the problem so I had to call back a second time. I made a complaint and no one gave a s@#$. AVOID text chat and talk to them on the phone.

Not a very good app. I didn't pick up the phone while driving, but it was recorded as picking up the phone, and several times it was recorded as hitting the brake hard even though I didn't brake hard. The trip on the same day was recorded, but the return was not recorded. And for 6 months, my score was over 90. However, they raised my insurance premium for the next 6 months.

Such a scam. Here sign up for a discount, it'll save you ten dollars but is going to run constantly. The money you'll save on the insurance will be spent 5x over on the wear and tear on your phone. Not to mention its very buggy. Phone fell off the stand? You were distracted driving and your premium might go up. P.s. Since last charge, it sapped 20% of the battery running in the background despite being home all day long and the app having never needed to record anything.

Highly unsatisfied with the point of the mobile app. An agent explained that in order to receive the $200/6month discount for the drive safe feature, my phone has to be connected to wifi. I asked the agent, if the app is monitoring my driving, why does my wifi have to be on? As soon as I leave the house the device will no longer be connected to Wi-Fi plus being connected drains my device battery faster so it's both inconvenient and doesn't make sense.

This app KILLS your phones battery like crazy. I've only had it 2 days and I've had to charge my phone 6 times because it dies within 2 hours even when barely using it. Before downloading this app my battery could last me all day even with heavy use.
