I have been using this app for the last 3 years. Some time photos and videos shows phone's gallery without unhide the file.Also I lost many of my data without deleting it.I can see it in the folder locker gallery but it shows 0 kb...so no I'm totally disappointed with this app.if there is any remedies to recover my data please help me...

From last 2days i am not able to open folder lock app? What is the issue? The app had totally stoped working it doesnt open only. The solution that was advised to me i had done that but only 3 files got recovered i had some 314 files other none of the files got recovered. What should be done now?? Any other solution how can i get back my files

Where's all my hidden files!!? Some of my files have disappeared yet I've not deleted? Also I can only choose to delete on my files ?!!! Why has it changed?!! Not happy!! And ive just updated!!! I've just downloaded my photos back onto my phone which there is a facility to do this and they are BLANK?!!

I have had a great experience using this app but since the update the app is not opening up I have a lot of data in there but when I try to open the app it closes automatically. Is it a bug? Kindly fix And is there any way I can recover my data? I don't use any third party cleaners for my phone but still the app is not opening up kindly let me know how can I recocer my data

I downloaded v2.7.3 on my Nokia running on Lollipop and locked my most precious docs, photos & videos. The following day i wanted to view them and decided to restore them. They appeared in a newly created folder titled "FolderLock Unhide Files" but are all un-viewable and unusable. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it and tried to restore but there were no files to restore. File names, sizes & extensions have not changed. New Softwares has let down.

Do NOT use this app for sensitive data or you will NOT be protected at all. Just use a usb cable to computer you can see all the files in the folder, then with notepad to open the file you will see the file is the same except about 64 chars are added to file header

So no refunds? Thank you for your feedback but even the documents and photos that are not on the SD card but are in my phone are unable to transfer into the folder lock. Yes I do understand after you explain it to me that I cannot access the information from my SD card but as I pointed out, I cannot access any photos of documents from the phone itself let alone from the SD card. Appreciate a reply from you thank you

Ads pop up extremely frequently. I cannot stress how often ads pop up. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't (where it either copies the file rendering it pointless or can't find a file), possibly depending on location of the file.

Unusable. Most of the time when you try to lock a folder you get ""Your Locker is currently in use. Please close the files that are currently running in the locker." I have no open files or running programs. I can't lock the folder so this software is of no use.
