Right off the bat, there were problems I used 2 major banks to fund my account and both times the app rejected them with unknown errors, been back and forth with support , who I admit responded quickly, but they also have no clue . If it's this rough at the start I can only imagine what could happen after I have invested a good amount of money into this and experience other catastrophic issue within the app. Scary...

Signup gave me a fair bit of trouble. Had to reinstall which fixed some of it. It's still slow and throws errors. There's not an many properties as I was expecting, but I like the interface and the info they provide for each of them. I'm definitely keeping it and hoping stability improves!

Constantly changing terms of service, unexpected fees, app crashes frequently, unable to be used on a computer, difficult liquidation. It's a great theory, but this was supposed to be my stress free secondary source of income, and it's just been a hassle.

I was logged out of the app and when I logged back in, all of my shares were gone and my account was reset to new.

This app is frustrating at best. It took 23 tries to upload my ID but was finally accepted. The next time I opened the app, I was right back at the start. 8 more attempts and finally verified. UPDATED: says that im at my 10% max but wont let me update annual income, customer service is grossly lacking! DO NOT waste your time with this platform!!!

Updated from last review, I caved in and gave all my information because I thought it would be a little side investment, now every time I try to create my account and verify my information I get a pop-up that says "uh oh" and I can't use the app now, just forget it. Don't waste your time with this app like I did. And for the record, I also contacted support, and they "helped" but nothing changed with my app.

I really like the concept....BUT OMG. App is the worst. First linking a bank account. Kept telling me routing number and / or account number were wrong yet when I restarted the app after calling bank they wanted me to fund my account. App opens untill I try to look at properties then it crashes and closes. If I try to reopen it will not untill I reboot the phone. Thanks but no thanks
