Pésima app, tanto en el celular como en Web tiene un montón de bugs y no me dejó instalarla en tablet con Android 8.1 Te piden escanear y subir por separado cada receta, cada estudio, cada factura... sin que pese más de 5MB; cambias de vista y se pierden los datos, te tardas y expira. Cero amigable para adultos mayores, la instalé ya que llevan meses sin atendernos en sus oficinas y es la única opción que nos dieron; ha sido un martírio y una pérdida de mucho tiempo.

Asco de app, no detecta mi login para entrar pero puedo entrar a su página web con el mismo usuario y contraseña, porque? Tampoco permite cambiarla porque sale el error "formato de correo inválido" aunque esta escrita correctamente. Es el mismo que se uso para entrar a la página web.
