They don't tell you ahead of time but, they allow you to deposit tokens into their exchange but, you won't be able to get anything out until you go through their verification process which is extremely slow. I submitted my verification info 2 days ago and I still haven't been verified. And their support is practically non existent. Trust the reviews. I wish I would have....

I'm sure it's just an issue with my phone in particular but it doesn't seem as if I'm able to complete the kyc process using mobile. I've contacted help, and tried numerous other things but it's simply will not finish the process to upload my identifying documents. As you can imagine the customer help is useless (refresh the page! Why didn't I think of that?!) And at this point I'm just waiting for someone to email me back saying to use a desktop but I think I'll just use what I've been using.

Good functionality of the application - everything you need is on the main frame and conveniently placed. I additionally like that Gate.io allows me to receive notifications through the application about new cryptocurrencies being introduced to the platform; usually receiving a notification around ten minutes prior. The application also alerts of any news or updates surrounding cryptocurrencies on the platform.

There is no option to cancel the p2p order. If the other party is not responding you have to wait the whole time to cancel the order.

I discovered in order to complete the verification process you must do it from a computer and not hour phone. Even if you upload documentation thru your mobile it won't process until you submit from computer. Other than that initial setup mishap I had I enjoy the app. It has a lot of coins not available on other exchanges and I love the release of new coins. They also have a ton of give aways and drops. Once you get use to the layout you can easily navigate.

I installed this app once before, got rid of it due to the many issues I ran into (acct creation, kyc verification, transactions taking days, etc etc etc....), decided to go back to my ole faithfuls and avoid the hair-pulling hassel. But, in the apps defence, I have to say it is a great app with soo much to offer that others don't, and hopefully the many issues that plague the app will be cleared up allowing this app to reach it's full potential.
