Really disappointed, the app does not load at all on my galaxy note 9, don't know why. I've brought it to the three centre, and they also can't give any solution. I thought it was just a software bug that will fix itself after update, but after 2 or 3 updates the problem remains. Almost been a year now without solution

This app is hardly useful. Always crashed and behave abnormally. I have IDR95k balance and want to buy internet package worth of IDR85k, but it says my balance is insufficient?? Not to mention when i tried to buy the package via other payment method, it's always not responding. It's not just this one time, I have been disappointed with this app for long before. Tri please fix your app.

Been years wit you and you let me down. Please fix your speed. Your speed rate no more than 20kb and almost 0.1 kb all the time. I know maybe something with area, but here your signal bar is full then problem is speedd. So no need to use bima because it keep loading. Gotta go fast fix if you need growing. Here my location is south area Konimex industri, Sukoharjo Jawa tengah. I'll update rating if you come here and fix it. You better than this, right?

Worst provider i've ever use , bad for gaming (when i play ranked or battle royale suddenly the ping is high), bad for download , the internet connection is very slow and when i turn on my mobile data it won't connect and if connected the signal gone. This my first & last time using tri provider. As customer i'm really dissapointed and it's make me frustrating make so mad everyday

New problem occurred, The internet data suddenly ran out without me using it, even though yesterday I checked there was still 2GB, then in the morning I got a notification that I had 500MB of quota left without using it at all , and it ran out in the afternoon without using it while I use WiFi all day long, and now I need to buy more, pliss fix this, Dont extort people's money

Good app for managing top up and buying data packages. My only disappointment is the random Internet quota packages. One time I was able to purchase 10 GB for 30 days for 15k, but after that quota ran out/expired, I can't re-purchase because it's not available anymore. I waited until the next month thinking maybe it would appear, but it never did.

The app is good and very attractive, but don't have many deals, including the good internet and call package deals, entertainment subscriptions deals (like Netflix, disney+, amazon prime etc), and more. Wish it was have a lot of to offer.

I can't open this app, every time I want to open it it always says "Checking the network", even though my network is fine. I thought after updating to the latest version this app would be even better, it's still the same maybe even a little better the old version.

years ago I used Indosat but I hated its services, then I found 3 not only it was cheaper it was also much better, so I changed to 3. But now 3 and Indosat is merged, I thought maybe Indosat has changed or 3 can bring about changes into Indosat. Turns out it is the vice versa, bad service of Indosat affected the quality of 3. I will wait for one more month, if the network delay is still awful, I will use other internet service provider instead. I think its a bad idea for 3 to merge with Indosat.
