Why even bother with UPC? Crappy app as bad as their TV service. I insisted on installing despite the overwhelming bad reviews and got the same poor results. It just says that I am not connected when I obviously am. And then it crashed. Again. Reminds me of the constant freezes my TV box has. Please Swisscom bring fiber to my neighborhood soon!

Can't find your box unless it's the main router, so if it's on a different ip than what it would be by default, the app becomes rather useless. You need an option to enter the ip of the horizon box!

Pretty much helpful. Gives a quick overview of my products. Helps installing internet. Gives enough information on certain problem types and how to handle them. Easy enough to be used without external help. We can say it is stupid proof for one used to phones and applications. Cons: measuring wifi signal is a pain in the ass! How it should work: I should not register rooms, but slowly move around from edge to edge and the app shoul direct if I can move on. Currently it scans and either it works and sais I have full signal or blocks my wifi in my phone. Only a handful amount of time I could see synchronous signal loss and the app also stated it. If measuring strength of signal it should have a scale 1-10. And continuously register the strength of signal and should not measure if that is still enough for doing certain operations. Another problem is that coworker of upc told me in order to have a powerline product( wifi booster) I have to order it via this app. I was searching for this option for 30 minutes and than started to search online as there is no option and no hint how to do it via the app. Than I found in the 100. Blog very end that I should measure signal and in case of problem the app will suggest ordering a set of these. Pretty much not how people would expect and how to find it out...nightmare So scanning should be real time movement scannings with real strength measure plus it should be clear that we can only order the device to power up the wifi signal only if we prove that it is not optimal by using the app wifi scan feature Still I like the app but there is place for improvement

Login or Register buttons don't work, can just stare at the welcome screen. Great job UPC! But hey, at least whoever developed the app for you surely charged you pennies...

Beim Login zunächst hängen geblieben (nach Neustart der App hat es dann funktioniert). Ansonsten war die Installation der Box einfach. Wi-Free muss ich noch testen.
