Many unknown images are downloaded into my phone after updates without my consent or knowledge. When periodically reviewing my uploads, I see Vimtag related images and have to delete manually each and every image. Very time consuming.

My package arrived today. It took about 5 days for free shipping. I wasn’t planning on setting my camera up because my wifi account got terminated. By chance I tried to see if it would work being connected to my AT&T hotspot, and sure enough, it worked. It was such an easy setup. I bought the wall mounts as well. With the wall mounts I was able to screw by my window. They are adjustable. I was able to rotate it clockwise at a 360 degree angle to get the perfect view. It’s pretty clear. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase. Planning on ordering 2 more for the inside of my house.

The update causes the app to keep crashing and the two way functionality is sketchy at best. The app is maintained by a Chinese company amd not written in plain English so if things do not work the instruction are not helpful.

We have FIOS Gig services and have no issues with any other products like this camera or app. We're unable to connect to the camera as the rate drops to zero and it keeps spinning. I'll never recommend this camera to anyone!

I just received this item and set up was fairly simple and straightforward. The camera itself seems to work well through functions. The app is also fairly user-friendly. I will wait until I have used it for a while to decide if a fifth star is warranted.

Keep charging my account but stop my cloud service half way into the month!!! SO, I stopped my card for the next month!!!! I'm sick of paying full price for only half of a month!!! Should have learned with 1 camera...I purchased another camera and so I paid the 2 camera cloud fee....But they stopped my cloud again and won't renew 2 want me to pay for 3!!! NO! I HAVE 2! And no one to call to help! HORRIBLE

Their cameras are nice video but it's not high-tech either in a way I still got my money worth but sometimes I do feel that it doesn't record correctly it does notify me when there's a noise and movements outside other than that but the quality in the morning and better lighting it's good is better to use the SIM card then actually Jews cloud from them you can still watch the video soon to add for free without having to use the cloud

WOW! I caught this app copying my text messages, contacts, and voicemails. Being a programmer, I know how to isolate this app from doing anymore damage. I'd suggest another company. Edit: I did use your little feedback function, over a month ago, without a single reply. Common criminal behavior: avoid the crime scene at all costs.

This app needs so much work. moving the camera is a pain. Then anytime I trying putting full screen on, it shuts the app down or it's a black screen. And forget about trying to setting the time on it.
