I am the child in the situation and appreciate the accountability that this app provides. However, the messaging app leaves something to be desired since MMGuardian cannot monitor Google Messages anymore. If perhaps it could be programmed to be more like Google Messages or iMessage, it would be great, aesthetically and practically. I'd also love to see when people are texting/read receipts. Otherwise, thanks so much!!

This app is absolutely horrible its so bad id even go and say that its boarder line malware it resticts all basic feature on the device its used on. On top that off there is annoying pop ups every few minutes wich make go away you have to power off the device. I have since deleted it but while i still had the app it basicly made my phone a fancy papper weight due to all the backround processing there is. id say about a 75℅ loss in processing power also i had to factory reset to remove it

This app allows me to have ZERO privacy whatsoever!! It also only shows my text messages some of the time or doesn't give me a notification until a really long time after they have sent. It also blocks apps and contacts that are supposed to be unlocked. In my experience it is not a good app.

So me being the kid in the picture the app does work. The locking, protecting, etc. The screenshots is iffy, depending on what, but that's understandable. We've had it for (2/3 years?) I think and it's been fine. But lately is has been acting up in weird ways, let's say I go to click an app (like 10 am) but instantly it shuts me out. Random apps at random times. Usually restarting my phone it goes back to normal (I can open the same app). Its updated, still does it, so what/why does it happen?

This app is ok, but the problem is in my settings the app can be activated and deactivated. Whenever I'm in the middle of playing a game or watching youtube, there will just be a pop up that says enable mmguardian and it allows me to enable it and disable it myself. This is really bothersome. I have no other problems with it though, but if there is anyway to fix this issue. I hope it is.

Whenever I open my phone after leaving it off for the night MMG doesn't even activate for 5-15 mins and then when it starts working it lags my phone to oblivion and then doesn't even tell me when it will unlock, it also refuses to update, and it can sometimes end up in weird loops where it won't even show me the "phone is locked" screen, the AI that monitors messages sometimes decides that certain things are rude when they're not and it is overall a disgusting UI as I can't even use dark mode

Works, but is rather invasive, and touchy. For example, if I watch a clip of the movie suicide squad on YouTube, my dads phone is alerted because of the title. Also, the app lets me watch YouTube, but it keeps me from being able to turn off the setting that autoplays previews when scrolling through home.

There's no notification sound when a text comes in. Notifications are turned on in the app, a specific sound is chosen. Notifications are allowed in the phone settings for this app. But nothing. My daughter doesn't know if she got a text unless she specifically goes in the mmguardian messenger app to check. Frustrating cause when I text her she doesn't know until she happens to check her messages.

I don't really mind this app, I get it that you made it to keep us safe but my dad has been getting alerts "for inappropriate images" when in reality, its just anime references.. also the colors, i wish that we could have more varieties. Maybe have the whole color wheel? Lastly, I need notifications. This app sucks when it comes to that, like, my parents would be texting me on and on when I have no way to know without having to check my phone continuously. Other then that, its okay.
