After completion of AEPS withdraw the transaction screen is strucks,we are login again and again for next transactions the same think happening for cash withdraw ministatement and balance enquiry ,the same think I have discussed with customer care but they also not responding properly please fix the problem as early as possible

It's absolutely wrong app, kyc haven't completed and you can't reapply for registration. I suggest used BankiT app and customer care support is very good.
