Having this app has really helped with getting a transfer on the go and being able to choose how I can send based on the different fee rates. Cuts out surprises. When it isn't working though, it sucks cause it doesn't load or is forever cycling which ends up using battery and data. So not excellent or great, just good in my opinion

UPDATE: I have reported these issues to the technical support team and their answer has always been disappointing. They only ask me to reinstall the app with no real solution Overall the app works well but... 1. I cannot use my driver's license in Toronto, Canada as the ID is not recognized by the system. 2. My profile doesn't save the personal information questions related to employment status. 3. The system uses the 2nd last name field as the first last name when the transaction is processed.

App accomplishes it's purpose, but is very slow and I have often had to re-enter saved data for both sender and recepient. This likely adds to security but takes away from convenience.

I wanted a refund after finding a cheaper alternative to send money. I went back to the cashier and she tells me to call the customer support number, which I did, but they kept saying couldn't bring up the MTCN number. I tried online and on the app to cancel and refund the transfer but it doesn't allow the option. Called support after 4 hours and they say they can only refund the principle amount and not the fee. They haven't even done anything in terms of service to deny the refund. Greedy.

Easy to use, fast transactions, but fees went up from ~7$ to 19.5$ (I think for amounts less than 500$, that is what I send, but I am not sure for higher amounts). This too much as fees on such amounts!!

Had been using for so many years and its very convenient for me ciz i dont have to go to a westrrn union store enduring a long line ups but last month I had encounter a lot of issues. I tried sending money thru on line as usual but my great surorised iy will not go thru..i t send me an error to go to any store location which i did but still cant send money. The customer rep. Said that i have over exceded my limitbwhich i am very surprised coz i have used all the time.

They don't even make the money available to the receiver even if they say they do and you can't track the mtcn through their app. You ask for a refund because THEY screwed up twice and they keep the transfer fee. Their app says a transfer is done in minutes, when I saw the payment pending from my credit card, WU said it can take up to 4 business days (even passed that and nothing...) transfer back to my credit card requested and now it's changed to 7 days.Disgusting practice with no legitimacy.
