App keeps crashing and wont open. Have uninstalled multiple times, cleared cache, rebooted my phone. Its simply not working anymore. Have to log in via web browser to check my balance. ETA: 12/13/23 App reinstalled and is working normally again. Increased rating to 3 stars.

First off HAPPY CAKEDAY TO ME. I LOVED THE APP SINCE 2017. I don't know what the issue is now, but im not ok with the IT Squad not catching this new (Dec 2023) glitch, which just closes the app immediately after opening to login page. I'm unable to remove star, so for the record 0 stars for the way2gocard app

This card is the only way I can access child support pymts from CA. But this provider is absolutely horrible. their website is down frequently & if you call the # on the back of the card more than 3x they start charging fees. There's no way to talk to a person anymore; that option is no longer on the prompts. my card randomly got shut off with zero communication & when I called it said my pin had been locked. I had to have all my participant #'s & enter everything as if new. NOT the Way to Go

The app is no longer working. It states that there is a bug and closes immediately. edited to add: an update was released, but it didn't fix the bug, it's still immediately closing, and now the website isn't working either.

It was working fine and now as soon as I click on it it keeps closing and will not open!!! What is going on!!!!????? I even un- ins talled and reinstalled the app and it did not help!! Whatever you did to it please undo whatever it is you did to fix it.. if app starts working again will re rate it.

I have seen several people post about this issue. Only for it not to be fixed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. When you try to open the app it automatically closes. Was fixed for a while now won't open again!!!!

is anything being done about the app yet? it's had a bug for a loooong time. it won't even open! now, the website doesn't work. so we have to call the back of the card every time we need to know the balance. it's getting ridiculous. the app needs to be fixed, please!!! I'm still baffled as to why the app has been down so long. no one care? no ones job to fix it? pathetic really.

update. this app keeps doing this same thing it did last year. when you try and open app it automatically shuts down. you can't login in or anything. Was a good app til today. I try and open app and it tells me to update the app, but in the Play store there shows no update to app and just the open button. So I click the open button and it tells me again to update app. I am stuck in a loop and can't open app to look at my account.

It won't let me open the app because it needs to be updated but there is no update button available in the play store. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it's still doing the same thing. New Review: app will not open AT ALL. It's been like this for weeks. Please fix it.
