1) The app doesn't allow me to change my mobile number to an international one, I can only enter a Polish one. 2) I have an account in my contacts that is supposed to be a trusted account, but now for some reason, I have to not only enter my ING app code, but also am additional SMS code, which I can't receive, because my Polish number is no longer active and I can't change it to a Dutch one, and 3) why do I need to enter two codes for a simple transaction in the first place? Seriously?

Currently I can't even login: "Data retrieval failure, try again". Tried from 2 different devices and 2 accounts. UI is fine, functionality is fine but it all doesn't matter if service is unusable.

Even if it set to English as the app language, the notifications and many functionalities appear in Polish which makes the app useless for an English speaker. Other than that, the app works well and includes all the functionalities needed.

Issues: 1) making a "Currency Transfer" (EUR), switch app to copy bank number/ title/ etc from Walutomat, when I go to ING app 5 secs later, ING is logged-out; I log in, but no longer see Transfer screen (all fields cleared & lost). 2) Chat with agent 5 mins, switch app waiting for reply; switch back to ING, but app screen is blank (white), menu not working. Close & Restart app, but Chat session gone, can't continue chat, must start-over. Latest Android, Pixel 7.

This app is very annoying. When it works its great, the problem is you need to restart it like 3-4 times just to make the simplest functions like checking your balance load in. Most of the time the app is just loading infinity.

App interface is very clean and nice. But too many glitches in the latest version like account balance is incorrectly shown if I come back from history tab, all banks accounts balance is miscalculated very often. Workaround is to restart application. I hope these small glitches will be resolved soon.

To use this application need to take birth in Poland to have polish language proficiency. Even in fast pace tech changes world, ING app can't even translate to English language. Welcome screen only English, surf further polish, notification polish, message polish etc etc... Go to settings, no options for language change....amazed. Probably bank doesn't have enough funds to invest and focus to make very tiny changs language. For now no options for me but to soon will go with alternative.

Why do you change what was working perfectly? This app does not accept my four digit pin, only restart of the phone helps. App Transaction confirmation sometimes is not loading and you have to switch to sms. Very slow in general. Bring back the old version.

Amazing! Very intuitive to use, makes my experience with banking pleasurable. Many options for every individual with different needs. I have accounts in three banks and ING has definitely best app. Modern lovely design that I appreciate. Saving money with ING is my new hobby.
