I will give this app ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but the problem here is the document verification. This takes Soo much time and when I tried to change my account number, it didn't happen and I had to restart the whole process of starting all over again by creating another account.

The app is riddled with bugs, and practically nothing functions properly except for making deposits. Even their virtual card is consistently declined everywhere due to security reasons. The customer service support is by far the most disappointing I've encountered across all platforms. I strongly recommend avoiding the frustration and stress of installing this app.

The customer service would drain you mentally, it takes so much time to get to simplest of response. Please eversend you need to have an agile customer service. It really saddens me anytime i have to resort to customer service help. It is so painful and time exhausting. Their service is just soooo bad. Please can someone recommend something better?
