Just to get this app doing anything was a struggle beyond belief, error code after error code, and sorry messages. Once you have access and filled in the necessary details for a transaction this company becomes overly intrusive. Asking for a senders name and address is reasonable, although done at sign-up, and payment details, but details like country of birth, citizenship, and age should not be required. Additionally, they compel you to join a Wu club, or else you can't send anything.

For the older version I tried it works perfectly. After the app upgrade I am not able to transfer the money to my home country. At the last step it fails with identification, giving error for the Passport ID verification. Team kindly please check and verify, if it is only to me or other person are also facing same issue.

When I first used this app was really good but now, been trying to login it won't let me for some reason it keeps saying your login credentials don't match this country page. We're redirecting you to the country page where you registered. It so frustrating

Have just installed the update. On opening it from google play page I couldn't even log in cos no keyboard popped up. After going back to install page and reopening I got a keyboard to log in but then no keyboard to enter the amount! How the heck am I supposed to use the service??? Any chance this could be fixed, pronto?!! Thank god for the 2nd phone with a previous version, else I would have missed a payment overseas. Edit: Forgot to check for a reply! Transfers since then have been fine though

What the hell has happened??? This use to be such an easy good app, then there was an update and it's absolutely gone to rubbish!!!!! It just says try later there seems to be an error. Please fix your app, this update is so wrong and your going to lose a customer

Worst money transfer! Save your time and money! I have been sending money before for many years with no issue until 1 day. It sent an auto reply that my money could not be processed due to internal issues, so I called them to ask what's the internal issues were, and they couldn't tell me! Customer representative was also rude and hung up on my call without resolution! It took a month for them to refund my money after calling multiple times. Will never recommend this money transfer!!!
