I've been loving this app but when I transferred everything over to a new phone now I get less daily episodes I used to get 8+ episodes normally adding up to 1.5 hrs per series but now I'm only getting 2 episodes per series each day I'm glad I didn't lose my progress other wise I would have deleted the app. So if there is anyway you could fix it I would appreciate it

This application has problems continuing the episodes as it should, it skips from one to the other without warning, On many occasions it stops in the middle and goes to the next episode or skips to the third and on the other hand I consider that the cost to listen to 10 or 15 minutes of 1 episode is too exaggerated... a considerable monthly fee might be acceptable

I use to use this app in the past then I deleted it and recently downloaded it back. I notice I cannot watch videos to get coins. My only options are to wait til the next 2 episodes unlock or buy coins. I don't think it's fair that some people using this same app can watch videos for coins and some cannot. I like the app otherwise

I accidentally in Love the books they have on this app I try to listen to it daily the only thing is it's super expensive per episode and I have several books that I havw started and not able to finish because of the cost. Also there has been numerous times that to manypaid for coins were deducted from a story while listening and there's no way of contacting any type of technical support to fix the problem. If it wasn't for those two issues I would award 5 stars.

You need to unlock more than the same episode I heard from previous day! Also why is there no option to unlock the full story I want to listen to?? I listened to multiple audiobooks you charge for through other free means. You're going to lose a lot of money since we can stream your audiobooks through other apps for free or at least make each episode cheaper or give the option of buying the full "book". Not fond of your service at all!! Would not recommend!

This app is forcing us to pay money and buy coins. Initially there was VIP membership option, then they removed that. There was an option to watch ads and earn coins every one hour, now even that is removed. It is showing daily limit reached. And ads also take lot of time to load, and sometimes they get stuck and doesn't load at all. They are literally forcing us to pay more money to get less coins.

The app keeps sending me emails and notices about free 40 coins. You click on the links and nothing. It just opens the app. There isn't a code or any way to reach out to inquire. There are no instructions to follow. As it keeps prompting, "hurry before this expires. "

The stories are good, but the app is terrible, always restarting the episode or switching to a story that I was not listening to, and if my phone signal switching from 5G to 4G the app stopped working and needs to be restarted each time. Needless to say this app, it needs a lot of work SMH (12-20-23 After watching ads, apps are downloading to my phone without permission great fix

I hate that in order to register an account im forced to pick 4 random titles ive never heard of before to listen to. Oh and to make it worse i cant find a way to untrack them theyre just permanately on my list of continues. The audio is vastly different from the ads which caught my atention and made me want to download the app.
