Was a great app, use it nearly everyday, now I can't use it at all. I updated it last night and now it just locks up and hangs. Sucks big-time because I did all of my banking through this app now I can't pay my bills tomorrow. Have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail. Thanks Thanks for the update Yeh that is the model of phone I am using. When I open the app, it displayss the balances but then locks up when trying to load the quick pay list at the bottom. Hope this helps.

I get caught in an endless loop. Installed the app. Verified my access # and password. Next screen says "to open you must update your app". Go to Google play where the app only has an open button NO SIGN OF AN UPDATE BUTTON. Open the app from the play site and we start all over again. Have Uninstalled and reinstalled to the same problem over and over. Come on BNZ pull finger.

I'm not happy with the limited writing space available when making a simple bill payment (on my mobile). The identifiable information of particulars for both I, and the business I'm paying, isn't always sufficient enough. Therefore I get accused of not paying my bills because the admin staff receiving the payment cannot work it out. It's something so simple, just allow for more writing characters. I will say I'm pretty happy with your security of my accounts so far.

So annoyed! Was enjoying the App until recent. The App kept saying that I wasn't connected. Uninstalled and reinstalled three times still said not connected

Just recently re-downloaded this app so I could confirm a purchase. After confirming it with both a phone and email confirmation, I get a notice saying "Banking activity temporarily restricted" with no explanation as to how long this restriction will be. I understand BNZ wanting to protect customers from fraudulant activity. But come on! Surely a text and email confirmation is enough to prove things. I just wanted to buy some movie vouchers. I gave up in the end.

What has happen to BNZ app it has completely changed everytime I go in now I have to go through entrust card and even when u get in it is not as easy to use as previous. If changes are going to be made it should be for improvement as well as easier use. From being one of the best bank apps I was using it is now by far the worst. Update after getting message from Greg I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled after going through process have got it back to how it should be . So happy

Have to Uninstall and reinstall EVERY time I need to use the app, very frustrating and time consuming! I use the app for business use so do this multiple times a week. When trying to log in comes up with "sorry something went wrong". Has been happening for months now

Overall it is a good app, I dislike the chat icon, it means i am unable to see the balance of my main account, and I can't remove it. Can you please allow people to remove the chat button, or move it or put it in the menu, so it doesn't cover the balance of an account. Update: this has been fixed, so I am happy now. Thank you.
