Robbed me, straight scam. I invested some money over the course of 3months and when I went to sell for which my money should have been made available in 5days. It was never deposited and now I can't even see my deposits and transfers. Glad I had only made a few transfers. Be careful

DO NOT USE THIS "BROKERAGE" Managing my money through stash has been an absolute nightmare. Ive had several issues with their service over the last few years. Ive finally gotten over trying to use them and have closed my accounts with them, even this has been an awful experience. I don't know where my money is as somehow the transfer out had been rejected. Just use a different service and save your self the stress.

I tried many things to resolve the app issue that will not let me log on but still nothing. I wad able to find the log in screen clicking on the privacy link and the terms link but still get nowhere with the log on button I should have never updated the app

Easy to invest, very very difficult to capitalize. This app wants to keep your money in its system, takes forever to cash out after selling (up to 3 days in my experience, and the option to cash out is kind of hidden within the UI). Only a handful of investment opportunities. A good place to get your feet wet, but if you're playing with more than pocket change, look elsewhere.

So many better options for this kind of thing. This company as an modern "app first" based company hides behind their "ease of use" agenda and truly makes a bad retirement/investing account product. You pay less fees with Edward Jones which is a far superior service. Or even E-Trade or Vanguard. Look elsewhere.

Company refuses to delete personal information 6 years after closing account. I still get random emails and was told to call customer support which I did. Waited a few days for this response? "Please be aware that some personal information that we have collected about you is exempt from your request, such as information that is necessary for our internal business purposes. To complete this request we require you submit the request via Phone." This was already the third time calling

I opened an account with Stash in early 2017, it was a method for me to save money while earning some interest. I cashed out early in 2018. I never expected to have any other issues or interactions with the app. However, a couple of months ago Stash started charging me a $1 subscription payment fee. I log in and it turns out I had an outstanding interest payment of $.01 that was paid after I had cashed out. I contacted support to address the issue and close my account but they are unresponsive.
