Stupid. Requires u to preload $25 in order to use the app, so if u only need to pay $5, you end up paying $25, then once your $5 parking is charged, it'll automatically charge your card $5 more to keep your minimum at $25, PLUS they charge 35cents surcharge per DAY (not per transaction, but per DAY that you have the app! Can't believe any city would promote this app. I didn't authorize the $25 preload, I uninstalled the app, and today I have a $25 charge from them on my credit card anyway! Now I need to go through their customer service to get it refunded. What a horrible service!

In short, paying the ticket you'll get when your "meter" expires is a lot cheaper and a lot less stressful than using this app. READ THE FINE PRINT. They want to charge you for every thing you do. There's a $2.50 cancellation fee after you've gone through the trouble of writing one out to them. No. This business practice is shady. I'm finding somewhere else to park after today. I already got robbed by parking for 6 hours. I can't believe any town or city would support this kind of system. Just read the fine print. Better yet, just skim it! Just take a glance. The app isn't what gets one star. The company does.

This app is great and very convenient! And customer service top notch. Had a problem with getting overcharged, wrote customer service and turns out there was a known error in the area I was using it. They were fast to credit me, and I'm back to ez living with not having to find and feed (or refeed) a meter while out!

If I could give it less stars I would. Spent half hour trying to set up the app and it wouldn't work at all, kept on saying that the zone wasn't valid or the spot didn't exist and wouldn't let me set up the wallet. After so much aggravation I ended up just moving my car to a spot with no meter

Complete scam of an app. DO NOT download & set up an account, unless you're prepared to have them constantly hold your money hostage with their automatic account balance reload threshold. I found myself without my wallet & in a pinch, decided to use this app once while visiting Long Branch, NJ. They charge you a $25 initial fee to "fund your account", but after parking once, they refuse to refund the balance of my account without me paying a $2.50 termination fee. If I had known this upfront, I would have risked getting a ticket. This is the worst kind of company that preys on the need of its customer base, rather than look to create a useful solution for them.

The app frequently gives me issues. I use this app every day and, more often than not, I have to completely restart my device in order for it to even function properly (Samsung Note 8). There is a surcharge of $0.35 EVERY day, what am I paying extra for? A non-existant app development team? It doesn't make any sense. If it weren't for a lack of alternatives, I would not only stop using this horrible app, but would actively tell others not to. I shouldn't have to "trick" the app into working. Customer service is A+ though, they have always responded to my (many) issues quickly. Edit: This app is still garbage. I now only use it it for emergencies (when I'm running late) and the amount of stress and money I've saved has been great. Please do not use this app if you have any sense.
