In deals option and when I click on load button nothing shows such as easy paisa Bank and credit cards. And not showing the option of changing account number

App has become useless during the past month. It doent evenlogin. Have tried on multiple iphones and galaxy cells on different numbers. Yah, it does not work after the update. Thats why i waited a mo th to post this complaint. I thought that Telenor would solve this issue asap.

The app no longer opens when I tap the app icon it just open the App Info page in settings. Edit: I have rebooted my phone and reinstalled the app but the issue still persists. I cannot contact you on Facebook because I don't use it.

One of the worst app. I'm trying to activate my package from deals option in my Telenor app from past few months almost regularly. However, Now it doesn't work and didn't activate after a lot tried even I have enough balance in my account. Call also helpline and says do this and that, but didn't solve my problem till now at this right time... Worst app and it's customer service Worst, worst and worst...

Customer support interface is horrible, the only way to get a response is to email. Edit: The whole point of my review was customer service being unreachable through the app, and you give me a link to Facebook rather than fixing the issue with the app. Laughable.

It's garbage now a days. While operating, it's good, but it resets periodically, and then at some time when it resets, it refuses to log in and keeps loading forever and then shows an error that service is not available. Try later. And even trying later and reinstalling doesn't work!

The worst network of Pakistan the most balance cutter of all time. With this kinda service providing you should be ashamed. Even other networks 2G is better than your 4G.
