Since two days when I uploaded the app ,I am not able to operate/ trade/deposit etc as the app crashes immediately. I rebooted/restarted the mobile many times but the okx app is not working at all My mobile is POCO C31. Please correct it .

I downloaded this app and was excited to use it for my crypto trading. However, the app has refused to approve my KYC. It has been over a month since I applied. It has been under review far too long and I'm getting discouraged. The person I referred was approved immediately, meanwhile it was the same document that both of us used and I applied before her. Please do something about this.

this is just crazy..... can't login to my account, app keep crashing. I installed and unstalled still the same. I have used many network nothing seems working right. pls you guys should do something, don't want to loose my asset. I have written customer care on Gmail and nothing is done.
