I wish yall would designate a day to check credit, not just whenever I go to use it for something. I lose more points from 'needs', than I do from not paying the amount on the card! I even had money in escrow but it goes down?! 2 days after a regular check for the last 2 years?! I'm so confused why it keeps playing around with something I need very much in this current situation. Might just need an up to date app. It was off by at least 30 points for my loan. Used to be useful

can't stop promo emails from coming in and they sent them all the time. credit monitoring in the app is fine, but that's all it's good for IMO. seems to be primarily set up for targeted marketing to get you to sign up for loans and credit cards.

Switched from mint. So far trying to emulate mint's functionality is very difficult. Credit Karma isn't set up for it and it's extremely unintuitive and lacking basic features. Not much better than manually tracking on a spreadsheet.

The recent update will not allow access to the account. There's no way to log in. There are tabs "having trouble logging in" and "use email and password" neither of which are responding when tabbed. I honestly wish that these apps would stop wiping out the stored login information every time there's an update. My phone has biometrics and it's a serious hassle to reinstall that information and/or find the original password.

I was forced to swap to an app that doesn't really do budget management right, has terrible UI that's just ads, and isn't able to link with all the same accounts. It's so bad I'm going to make sure I don't use their tax software either.

Garbage. Was transferred over from Mint and this is a downgrade. No place to budget or measure your income, which is hugely important for people with difficult to predict income streams. These two features are the only reason I used Intuit Mint to begin with. Most of the tabs on credit karma are just advertisements for credit cards. Switched to a different app and deleted credit karma.

If you are young and just starting out, get this app. This is a great app for anyone in any event. It provides a lot of information about your credit status and is very up to date in my experience. Also relatively quick to report on new charges on credit cards or new credit cards opened. I tried paid services that didn't catch and report new accounts I opened as fast as this app. It's free, it's awesome. One downside, their ads haunt you in other free apps w ads. Relentlessly. And the ads suck.

Wildly inaccurate. Like many others, I have found the scores displayed are as much as 100 point lower than your actual scores. They also fluctuate wildy for no apparent reason. The only thing of value is the dispute function, and even that is questionable.
