One cannot verify it with any other means apart from the plastic ID card drivers licence and voters card. What if you have NIN and not yet given the plastic card? That is my only hassle so far the app is cool to use.

I love this app. Lowest fees out there, transactions to binance btc wallet for example took 0% unlike others! Withdrawal to credit card ~3% Deposit ~4%

Not really this app, however mercuryo work with Trustwallet. I made a transaction to buy crypto with GBP almost 2 weeks ago. Something went wrong on the Mercuryo side, and now I can't get my Crypto it my GBP. Support keeps telling me to wait and won't help any further than that. I do not relate Mercuryo as a company as a result of this. They have my money and do not seem to want to inform me of how I can get it or my Crypto. Abismal customer service and huge fail.

ZERO STAR!!! useless app. You need to do a verification before you can withdraw your money. If you fail the verification twice, then you will be completely banned from using the app. All your btc/eth/ whatever currency will be gone. I regret ever using this app. Racists
