The direct collaboration with Binance works perfectly. Binance is one of the largest cryptocurrency platforms, which means that you could obtain more access to other cryptos. You're not limited to only those that are in Tokocrypto. Overall, it's easy to use. However, the UX isn't very brilliant, the font size is too big and disruptive to the eyes. Disruptive large numbers don't match tiny Android phones. This could probably be a slight suggestion for an improvement. That's all I can think of.

The UI is good and responsive. I like how it is very easy to use once people get the hang of its. The deposit is pretty fast and I like how I can use an e-wallet to top-up without having to open up my e-banking apps. There's a lot of token choice and a lot are already paired with BIDR which is nice as I newbie like me tend to use BIDR to buy crypto. A few clicks and boom! Let's go to the moon together with Tokocrypto and the crypto of your choice

the overall performance is great, but the app's security is below average and need a slight improvement such as biometrics, 4 digit code, or a legit 2fa authenticator (not google authenticator because it's not safe). Sometimes it's lagging though. It takes 10-15 minutes to complete an order when it's lagging.

This app is easy to learn both for beginner or advanced users, the user interface simply great and on point. Also theres a lot of events with a good deal of reward inside the app. Honestly i would suggest you to download the app and hold the tokens due to its promising roadmap and vision in the near future

Easy to use. Lots of option in coins. They also have this setting where you can just put your desire price to sell or buy, and you'll just leave it there without getting canceled. Kyc take longer than expected but once you email them, they approve it immeditely. Must be crowded since perhaps lot of people downloaded this app.

I'm not a crypto expert by any means but I never had a problem with this app and Tokocrypto takes care of all of my crypto needs. Fast money transfer into my account, fastest payout, it took me only 10 minutes from pressing "Withdraw" until it was in my account, that's the fastest transfer I've ever seen in crypto apps. As a whole this app works perfectly and is well designed. Recommended 100%.

The app in the phone and installed in the laptop doesnt show the correct amount of balance. Mainly need to improve the speed of the server. Hopefully Tokocrypto could be better and could be competed with bigger crypto exchanges existed.

Slow application development. Up until now there's no option to use TKO for trading fee in the phone app. Even though we can see the option in the web version. And the most annoying thing is, its keeps on asking for login after some time.. Ridiculous!!!
