Used to be a great App, now it's useless. Keeps saying "refreshing", but never gets past that point. Cannot access, so have to use laptop. I deleted the App and reinstalled it, but still gets stuck on the same "refreshing" notice. The developers need to sort it out, others are having the same issue.

Edit 26/06/19: App is now opening, but I have to log in each time and the most recent usage data is from 2 days ago.... -------------------------------- Please fix the latest update (20th June) as it now won't start. Have reinstalled the app and restarted phone but still doesn't work. was working really well on previous version.

Pointless app. Everything leads to a link, that leads to another link that leads to... U get ny drift. The app is shocking, the webchat option is terrible most of the time crashes or you are customer 200+ waiting in a que that never gets to you. The billing is messed up and worst of all tye ability to see your useage from my smartmeter is so hard to use you give up. The designers of the app should be fired. Awful

tried to register but forgot my password. no option to see a reminder but option to change the password! don't want to do that ( use a password manager) so uninstalled Update. Changed my phone and attempted to log on to the app with my usual details. Get an error message saying wrong details. Also fingerprint isn't available. Used my usual details online and they were accepted! Uninstalled again. Update Reset my phone and tried to log on to the app. Error message stating wrong email or password!

It's OK when it decides to actually start. This has to be one of slowest opening apps out there. It's so hit and miss, sometimes opening within a few seconds, then taking over a minute or more. Not the most intuitive to navigate but has the basic functionality you would expect.

Did not have any problems with SSE had no problems at all login into their app but since being moved over to OVO the only way to see anything is to going to my emails so I don't see the point of having a app that does not work no point at all and yet on your emails you are recommending that we download this app please sort it out so we'll can use it properly.

Terrible app, keeps stopping, doesn't allow you to in-put card details and on the very very rare occasion when it does work it stops working as soon as your bank has confirmed your payment, leaving you in limbo until your smart meter confirms it.
