Horrendously frustrating app...sometimes ok. For awhile then like an angry mistress the data/signal keeps breaking up or 'drop-off'! One needs to reconnect each time! This bad behaviour goes on for months and am losing my patience! It ok now & then, but don't usually last...the 'drop-off' nonsense surface frequently. Pls fix this issue MEDIACORP! You're making your listeners very unhappy! (Don't have such 'drop-off' with the other radio network) A YEAR ON...STILL SAME PROBLEM! (11/07/21)

Similar problem of unable to any radio station, regardless of wifi or 4G. Tried on different phones, also the same. Sometimes, it connects but drops after a few minutes. Dont remember having this problem about 1 month ago. Seems so during the Ramadhan period when we tried to tune in to the malay stations. Seems that its obvious the Malay stations are not able to cope with the surge in traffic when more people tune in to buka puasa for Mahgrib prayer. The signal always hung around 7.06-7.15pm.

I always listen to the local FM. The app is good, quality sound and uninterrupted streaming. However, would be good to have a feature to rewind for 30 seconds like other apps (tun***). This feature is helpful while listening to any important announcements or news.

After the update to meLISTEN, the streaming is consistently being cut off. It ruins the mood especially on radio. Hope you guys can solve the issue soon. Thank you! Ps. It didn't happen when it was meRADIO.

App won't launch at times. Audio is choppy most of the time. Very annoying. Many times audio will stop and have to keep hitting the "play" button. Once I found a better app, I will definitely uninstall melisten...

Since the new update 2 days ago, the app has been crashing every time when I start it. Within 1 min, the app will crash. I've got to go to the Web version to listen to my favourite radio channels. Could you guys fix it?

Terrible ui. And no way to turn off advertising notifications. I suggest that u ask someone to try the app and see how they navigate the functions. User testing. Hard to find downloaded podcasts, for example.

It's a big disappointment. Before upgrading to meLISTEN, I was able to listen to the radio with minimum breakage. Now the breakage is so high that I gives up on using it. For those who still use meRADIO, stick to it.

Been experiencing frequent crashing of the app for no reason. It gets quite irritating when it crashes at the most interesting part of the radio show or when a nice song is playing. Please do something about it.
