Not sure why everyone hates it? I listen to Classic FM and have no issues I appreciate how I can leave my phone off when I listen to it. I wonder if it's an issue with other stations. The only ads I have are ones on the radio station which is logical. If I was to listen to them on a radio I would still have that issue. Only issue I noticed was that it appears to be a few minutes out of sync of live but unnoticeable unless listening on multiple devices such as radio.

Consistently freezes and crashes when listening in delay after pausing. Love radio X, but this app is blooming terrible. After pausing, it regularly freezes and has to be restarted or worse, locks up my phone. If listening in delay, if another show starts, ie 13:00, wherever I am in the previous show stops and the new one starts live. Catch up works fine , it's just the live pause/ delay function that seems broken.

Absolutely useless on Android Auto, there is no way to access anything other than live radio, it is impossible to find podcasts or anything else.

Not accessible for blind people using large text It cuts the buttons off the bottoms of the page because the text is large and doesn't allow you to scroll down to accept t and c to continue using the app.

Constantly stops in the background and needs waking up, at which point the audio resumes. Have verified phone isn't aggressively battery saving, still happens.

I love having the ability to play my favourite radio stations on the move, just wish that the regional settings were a global option, changing each one individually is a bit annoying.

Sadly useless... My experience is exactly as reported by many for over 6 months, i.e. app freezes (with error message in notifications) within a couple of minutes of listening to live broadcast. No, I will not bother emailing customer support as that will not fix the bug that they clearly know about. I shall come back in 3 months to see if they've fixed it......
