Bad app, not any single news channel available, they removed which is previously available. Not vertical episodes list..no option to download all episodes at one click. Asking higher price every year but no improvement at all

Very useless app too much slow and full of adds and not working properly , even using after a long time it start to hang also the adds are too long it takes to complete one add in 10 -20 mins and very time to reopen from another app and too much notification are there is no option also .

There are so many ads. I couldn't even watch a single scene completely. For every 2 mins, I'm getting an ad. I feel like I'm watching series in between adds, not adds in between series.

Before TV episode streaming not appropriate. For both mobile and TV app. Zee5 premium member but not getting episode streaming as per the premium benefits. Not getting desire support and solution, unable to use zee5 app in smart TV from though I have premium subscriptions.

READ THIS REVIEW PROPERLY BEFORE ASKING ME TO DROP IN TO THE HELP CENTER !!! It's been since beginning of February my subscription isn't working ! Contacted the team but they are not taking this matter seriously..despite having my 3month subscription which I have paid I can't stream any premium content. This zee team is stealing people. Kindly REFUND me my money for the 3month subscription as its been more than 2month I'm behind this dumb team to get this fix..

I paid twice last year for 2 year subscription but zee5 team had only provided me subscription for 1 year, when my 1 year subscription got expired I had raised a complaint after that zee5 team had resolved my complaint without providing any resolution then I had raised a complaint once again after 3 days, after raising the 2nd complaint zee5 team have provided me a plan which is not have access to all content & 1 device access but I had paid for more features, not a good experience at all.
