Dated and clunky UI/UX. App doesn't open anymore despite several reinstalls. Using desktop pc to access giottus now just because some of my holdings are with them and I don't want to withdraw and pay fees for withdrawal. Otherwise, I'd have moved out ages ago. Prefer wazirx and binance.

Compared to other exchangers giottus is difficult access, you must to improve your interface. Also i couldn't add coins to my favorite list. Particularly the coin chart you gave in app not as much helpful. Note: Don't say sorry/regret.Just improve quality of the application.

Most pathetic app 1)you can't verify the mail address 2) if somehow it is verifed password will be shown as incorrect even though you give the correct one 3)say it is wrong password when you try to change password it redirects to web page which breaks saying can't be connected / too many redirections. Just pathetic

I moved the rating from 1 star to 3 start due to it's easy of use & customer support to some extent.. Of course i am kind of disappointed with frequent Bank account updates from Giottus.. Which is not good practice so far I have 4 account for same Company... Not sure of same issue with other exchanges. Or not if any body knows please tell me. Still lot of improvement need to be done , will list down soon..

Worst! First of all you guys display 0 fees. But you have the high buy price and low sell price. Secondly I can't able to add favourite list. And there is no advanced chart view. Fix with these ....... Buy sell with market rate. Your coin rates are a way higher than usual. Also, take fees as makers fee and takers fee. Instead of displaying zero fees. Than taking money indirectly. Fix with these and I will revert my review!

So many ads. கடந்த பத்து ஆண்டுகளாக இல்லாத விளம்பரங்கள் ஏன் இப்போது வருகிறது. People download your app and also spending a data pack also in fb. Then why so many advertisement coming using Facebook. Each one video not complete with out advertisement. Its very irritating Mr.mark. here no limit. Our mobile data complete gone advertisement. We don't need advertisement. தங்களுக்கு அது வருமானம் எங்களுக்கு அது இழப்பு. You're makes money from advertising. We loss money From same advertisement.

Good exchange with less fee.. Proud to use this app as a thamizhan. It's trusted and secure. Deposit of inr through nft, bank transfer with no deductions. But you need to improve your charts design and movements.

These people are cheaters. I transferred my crypto another exchange they charged 50% of my coins. Ridiculous. They charge a lot , for every transaction they charge you. Guys please don't trust this platform it's worthless
