Worked great until I actually purchased it. After paying for this app, it stopped recognizing my video files. I figured out a solution to that, now the app simply won't load. So it's completely unusable. Customer service is non existent... you can 'contact' them, but you will not get a reply.

Uninstalled 3 times, didn't work. 3 stars as I can't get on the app. Since the end of Feb 2024 whenever I try to get on it just kicks me off, I paid the 16th Feb and 16 Mar and you'll soon be taking another payment. I emailed you in March and you told me the app was being updated, still nothing, yet you're getting my money, please get this sorted asap and I think I need some kind of compensation for paid for non service of goods or a refund! I enjoy this app when I need it, so sort it please!

A user friendly video editor. Editing buttons are easy to handle. But not sure to subscribe bcos of lack of variety in transitions and no feature to lock audio on selected video section when a piece is deleted. can't save draft project so as to continue later. Once app is closed everything disappears. Pressing save icon it starts transcoding the work. Probably add an autosaving feature to avoid loss of projects. Again lost a nice project. Please add saving of draft.

(Updated see the end) Most amazing editor out there. No delay as much as you cut, cheap. Want the best editor? This is it. Im a content creator on YouTube and feel like everyone should know of this app. Best one I've encountered. (Updated) it loads and loads and gets stuck like that and I'll try and reset the app but now I have to Uninstall and re install for it to start working again. Idk what they did to this app but it used to be my #1. Now gotta search for a new editor. Sad they let it die.

Easy to Use, but subpar results. I had the free trial and put together a 3 minute video. Exporting created glitches in multiple clip transitions that persisted after reediting multiple times. So a lot of time for an unusable result unless I fix it in a different application. I have a Samsung S21 5G, so it should be capable.

I don't know if you store or you can see past reviews of customers but I got the same reply twice, and my current situation with app requires assistance asap but I don't think you get my message if your your app is not working then what is it that your app is doing here do something man I can't access the app if I could I would have sent you the screenshots of the stuck screen

Easy to use but Needs improvement. This app is easier to Use compared to all other existing video editing apps. Unlike others we cannot find options for layering or adding special effects. Other apps provide predefined templates and eye catching effects. But movavi is still stuck up with basic features. Cant expect more. I purchased and returned back. Even after years no improvements. Realy disappointment.

Horrible Experience! I actually PAID £12 to get EVERYTHING this app has to offer, just for it to be completely bugged now. When i upload clips for editing, not only does the app crash, but if i even manage to edit the clip, it'll have playback bugs (I.e. Sound issues, lag, moments when the screen goes black etc). I wish i could get my money back, but that won't happen. Stay away from this app!

I'm currently using Movavi, and honestly, it's pretty mobile friendly, and all around super handy and simple. HOWEVER.... I'm not sure if it's for other people as well, but I've been waiting for over an hour and a half for a video to save. I just wonder if it's normal for a 45 mb video to take that long to save. If it's an issue, please fix it!
