So far so good but does not seem to chime our original doorbell. Video and wifi and app seem to work fine. App asy to setup and steps you through connections. Update- Every time we lose power, have to reset the doorbell to re-connect. Software fix?

When I get a notification that someone rang my doorbell, it pulls up previously recorded footage that could be from last night, a couple days ago, etc. Called in for support and they were useless. Probably sending this doorbell back for an Amcrest.

Latest update breaks the events tab. I'm sure they're gonna try to push some paid subscription to make events and thumbnails work again. If this isn't fixed soon I'm buying a different camera system.

Lorex camera app no more work with Google home app. tried to call the technical support and it's horrible. Very bad experience and no patience . Please fix the integration with Google home. Don't confuse the customers that lorex works with Google. LOREX NO MORE WORK WITH GOOGLE..

Setup is excruciating. "Tech support" is reading off manuals and scripts,they have NO clue what they are doing or how to help customers. I literally had one tell me my camera lacked a specific feature and I ended up finding it myself. Hire people for tech support that are actually knowledgable about your products. What are you paying them for,to pretend you have tech support? Stars removed for awful tech support.My android 12 device keep report the app crashing. Literally said the app has a bug.

The latest update broke the app! I cannot view any past recording of events. I just get a message that says "uh oh". Please fix! It's worhthes without being able to view the security events.

App works well. My only complaint is that you can only log in with one phone at a time. We have pets and my wife and I look in on them during the day. If my wife views the cameras it will log me out and I have to enter our password to log in again. It also doesn't allow me to use my fingerprint to log in which would make it much easier. Multiple login capabilities would be nice.

My cameras stopped working and recording events after this recent update .. and it always hang up when some one is outside. One must wait 5 min for this app to get the videobefore it fetches the video data. I am returning this garbage.

Camera was easy to install. The only issues that arose where do to my own lack of knowledge. The Wi-Fi camera provides a great nighttime picture and beautifully clear daytime.. I am very very happy with them and ordered four more cameras.
