Since the last update, i cannot do a check deposit. The second I press on the front camera to take the picture, the app crashes or goes to the page with the accounts telling me that the app crashed. Useless.

Unfortunately, Desjardins' AccesD only works with Canadian phone numbers. That means that if you leave Canada and get and international phone number but keep a bank account with Desjardins, they cannot update your phone number and everytime you get an issue with your card, such as if they believe there's been suspicious activity, they cannot prove your identity with an SMS and you always have to call them. Additionally, they block cards a lot.

App now functions flawlessly since inherent problems were fixed by customer service. App isn't 5 stars for the lack of customization on opening screen and this is more Desjardins in general, no "Visa debit" functionality! In 2021,that last one is a no no? Forces me to use a second bank account since my present situation does not allow me to acquire a credit card... I also cannot find any information regarding a prepaid visa on the app...

Worst app ever. Never works accordingly, always freezing, goes off in middle of transactions. So frustrating to work with. Called many times to get help but to no end, they don't know what the hell the're doing. Get with it Desjardins and fix this damn apo.

If I cant log in to see what I owe, I cant pay!!!! For over a month, I've been unable to log in to view my account balance. I've now read that there is a known technical issue. My advice is, if you (desjardins) want the money owed on accounts, fix this issue ASAP, cause I won't pay till I can see my balance.

The app used to be almost perfect, but now I can't even get past the login screen (Error:(APP10001)). I tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the application multiple times but it didn't change anything.

Has been unusable for many weeks, never able to log in due to "technical difficulties." *Edit: Clearing app cache/data and re-entering my login info fixed it for now if anyone is having the same issue.

Sent an etransfer more than once and there was no link/notification sent to recipient. What use to take no more than 30 seconds to be notified of money sent. It now says other party is notified, but it's a lie because I am the intended party and I never received a notice of money being sent to me. This is so fustrating. Please help!!!
