Terrible experience downloading and trying free trial that immediately bills your card. And then I can't even create or log into an account. Says invalid client error or something. This is all before even adding a light or testing to see if it works. Then I got charged again!!!

B4 i get a chance to use the app it want a rating, then i get a good ol ad. It really adds a cherry on top when i select my light and it wants me to buy premium!!!! F- THAT!!! All this in the first 30 seconds. If i wouldn't have been asked to leave a review in the first 3 seconds of use i wouldn't have even left this review. I would have just uninstalled and called it good. 3 seconds into the app you want me to rate, here it is.

The light has already been paid for. I shouldn't need to purchase features on my phone via app to make it function correctly. The remote hardly works. How ever providing you can get the light to work as it supposed to its an beautiful thing.

It won't even let me use the app. It will pop up a subscription option, and when I press the x, because i cannot afford it, the app completely closes. This happens every time. Help, or I'm deleting the app (don't install)

I have paid twice and still do not have access. There is a huge loop and I never get to the login screen, just upgrade and payment. Now I'll have to call and cancel payments and figure out what they just charged for.

The app does not work. You cannot open the app because it crashes on startup. I'm very glad that this device was a gift, because it seems many are dealing with subscription issues despite already having forked over the money for the lighting device itself. Developers will not respond, because they already have your money and don't care. This is only one example as to why markets need greater legal accountability for situations where companies take your money and run.

They are asking for a review immediately after opening the app for the first time. how can anyone give a review on something they have yet to use. it comes off as desperate and gives a bad first impression of the app and developer. *edit* I have now used the app and I am now uninstalling. There is no way to even try the app without paying first, but the user interface alone is bugged and lacks in its visual design. It is a low quality product asking a premium price. find a free alternative.

This app doesnt work. If I enter the type of light I have it immediately takes me to a page where it asks me to upgrade to premium so I press no because I don't want to. It then brings me back to the home page where it says 'How to connect'. I tapped on that and it again asked me the type of lights I'm using and it came up with nothing. I let it load and still nothing came up. There was no way of connecting my lights to this app so I gave it 1 star as I couldn't give 0.
