I am really disappointed with GIG treatments as double standards, myself and my sin submitted the same dentist treatments same day, one got approved and they other one got rejected. Since they changed from AXA, it got worse.

Worst Insurance company and customer service. my friend was going to hospital due to stomach pain but this insurance customer service was delaying his approval his suffering in waiting hall more than 3 hrs.
