This App is utterly useless. I don't know if it's the WiFi on the camera or this app. It works for 2 seconds. Freezes the camera and tells you to restart it on the app. Don't waste your time with it and just buy a Mini- USB to "insert charging connecter here" OTG cable and use that.

Waste of space and money. Supposedly bought the best, but ..... Followed the directions and says connected but can never actually see any views from camera. Wish I had never replaced my cheaper and more reliable dash cam. Only way to view recordings is taking out and card or connecting desktop (both hassle).

Used to work fine. Now it connects to the dash cam and I can see 'live view' which is absolutely pointless and when I try to view recordings it says connection lost. Dash cam still says it's connected so it's the app that is failing. Very disappointed.

Useless, totally useless. Hundreds of £ for a cam and the app can't connect to it. UX is awful. Error messages incorrect and useless. 'Support' non-existent. Manual incorrect and years out of date. What a joke! Cam being returned.

Terrible, total waste of time, great dash cam, shame can't use app. I wanted to share video to Facebook, took ages to download video then could not share no matter how much I tried, if I had been involved in a collision and needed to send copy immediately, would not be able to using this app

Absolutely useless, the battery on my 512GW runs out of charge before this app decides to even attempt downloading... The whole app needs scrapping and starting again, same with my iPad version that's exactly the same. Such a shame really because the actual dashcam is excellent, just the apps a complete waste of space

Quite nice and simple looking app which is great but unfortunatelly it disconnects from the dashcam after few seconds never to connect again until you reset the unit cause it simply freezes. Dont know if its this app or the unit itself. I hope it is soon fixed.

Just doesn't do the job. everytime I try to view the videos stored on the dashcam (312gw) it loses connection to the dashcam and then causes the dashcam to freeze and needs resetting. have tried app on two different phones with the exact same result.

It used to be ok apart from the tediously slow download speeds. But now there is an error when trying to trim the video. Luckily the share option still works and I can edit videos on another app.
