Turned on security for T7 SSD via PC. Tried to connect to S22 Ultra and prompt for password, but keyboard (Gboard) auto hides on prompt box thus unable to input and use. Pls fix.

It does not recognise my new Samsung Portable SSD T7 Touch on either my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 or my Samsung Galaxy A52 5G. The common factor is the word Samsung. Do the different departments not talk to each other. Rubbish.

A USB storage device was removed unsafely.... Samsung..... what're you doing? No microSD cards anymore. No 3.5mm headphone jack. This brand new T7 Shield isn't working now either?

Doesn't work on pixel 6 pro. if you set a password it will freeze everytime you try to unlock the device.
