Horrible service!!! Every day we get bombarded how Swiss post has incredible service and how they stand for their customers! I suppose to have wedding tomorrow, and I ordered 3 days ago my new camera (paid post priority service) and my package is today all day in some storage!! You ruined so many things with your ignorance and non professionalism!!!

cannot close pop-up in the APP. i give 1 star, because for third time i explain the problem is with Swiss Post app, I do not use browser, but you continue to recommend me to clear cache and cookies in Chrome... previous version was much better

The app started crashing, there is a security warning, something wrong with the security certificate and says renew login, after that it says to contact customer support. i cannot log in.

Sorry to say : bad experience when placing an order for stamps by using my customer access via SwissID. When confirming basket and checking out I get ejected. I can only purchase as non-client and using a credit card (no PayPal), can be risky.

Very nice app for tracking the incoming/outgoing packages. It would be great though if it displayed estimated delivery date, as the web track&trace does.
