the cooldown for deactivating the vpn makes no sense. I don't see the point of it when the VPN limits how much you can use it, and it also slows down overtime as you use it. I also don't see a point in paying for a subscription with this VPN service when there are more reliable, higher-rated review vpns such as Nord VPN that already require a subscription. Lastly, change the ads that are featured, they are sexually provocative and stupid.

i used it but since the update it has not been able to connect because it cannot find servers or refresh anymore. i have tried reinstalling, clearing data and cache and adjusting settings and it just doesn't work anymore

Works well on Google Chrome to unblock websites. IP address leaks on other browsers (Duck and older version of Firefox) so it's ineffective in accessing block sites. Overall I'm happy with the free version and will consider getting the paid version.

I have paid to renew my yearly subscription and the money was deducted out of if my account but the VPN app has not connected and is telling me to verify the subscription. Every time I do, I get an error reading. I've paid for a year and feel absolutely cheated and ripped off. And there is no customer support.

So far the app has been very straight-forward unlike other free vpns I've used before. Usually when using vpns, i have to give account and personal information before i enter, but with this one i just installed, opened the app, and hit connect. Of course they have a pro subscription for those looking to get more out of a vpn, but for a free vpn this one is the one to go to. I've only been using the app for a week or two, so if i find any complaints or problems then i'll change my review.

Im mostly using it to play games that require a server connection (mostly for Reverse:1999) and it works perfectly for that. But as other reviews say, it can't be used to watch series from other countries so its not perfect. Not what im using it for anyway so im more then satisfied.

Using Paid subscription, when streaming abroad (Netflix or Prime) it works on the phone but when trying to cast to a TV it prevents casting when vpn is on, so it's usless in this case! Later found other VPNs that works with the casting thing. The app is becoming slower and can connect easily!

I really enjoy this app. This works very well. I'm always on my schools WiFi and it never works on my phone, but now that I got this it works perfectly. The only thing is that sometimes it lags out and it freezes the app I'm on, but it works after, one I restart the page. 99% recommend

I have no idea why people are saying this app is bad.. ITS NOT. Ive been using this app for 2 years and I had no problems whatsover. And its just SUPER easy to use. Just click connect to wifi and boom. Im connected to the us area. Continue to do great this with this app!!!
